We are pet-friendly! $150 pet deposit and $150 pet fee. There is a 35lbs pet weight limit and two pets per residence. Breed restrictions may apply.

Thanks to Latoya, moving in was a breeze! After inquiring about availability, the entire process of applying and moving in took about a week. Whenever I have had an issue with my apartment, it has been taken care of within 24 hours. Also, it is generally clean and quiet in the apartments. Bennett Creek is by far one of the better apartment complex in the Jacksonville area. Location is perfect for me, as there is easy access to I95.
